How to Measure
Chest
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level and snug but not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
Neck
Measure around the base of your neck where a shirt collar would sit. Add ½ inch for comfort.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the ankle along the inside of the leg.
Foot Length
Stand on a flat surface and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.
Pro Tip: Between sizes? Always size up for a more comfortable fit — especially for shirts and jackets where you need room to move.
